AV costs vary depending on the size and complexity of your event. A small meeting or private party may start around $1,500, while a full-scale conference or gala can range from $5,000 to $25,000+. We offer free consultations to help you find the best solution for your specific needs and budget.

How far in advance should I book AV for my event?
Answer:
For smaller events like meetings and private parties, we recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks in advance. For larger events like conferences and galas, 3–6 months is ideal. Popular dates — especially in spring and fall — fill up quickly, so earlier is always better.

What is Waveright's pricing policy?
Answer:
We know that other AV providers sometimes have hidden fees or unapproved expenses that show up on the final invoice. We don't want you to have any unpleasant surprises. Unless you ask us to make changes or you approve our recommended changes, the amount we quote you in the contract will be the same amount you find in your final invoice.
