Futurpreneur (2026)
In June 2026, we reached out to &Co offering support for events that need additional tech services.
Just a few days after our initial meeting, we had the opportunity to provide AV for Futurpreneur's panel discussion and networking reception.
We solved the issue of supplying 9 wireless mics in a small space with no feedback.
Zero stress, great discussions - a perfect example of how events should be.
Ulkatcho Group of Companies (2026)
In June 2026, Waveright provided AV for the 3rd annual Ulkatcho Group of Companies Partnership Alliance meeting at the Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver.
This meeting demonstrated that corporate event production doesn't have to be complex to look good and get the job done.

AVA Throne II (2026)
In June 2026, we were the Audiovisual Partner for AVA Throne II - a Grappling and Submission Tournament at the Croatian Cultural Centre in Vancouver.
It was a thrilling event with a great turn out of loyal and enthusiastic fans.
We had a lot of fun producing the event and look forward to supporting AVA for many years to come!
PCL Christmas Party 2025
In December 2025, Waveright provided AV for the annual PCL Christmas Party at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
It was a huge milestone for us as a company as it was our first event at the VCC and our client was the company that built the building!
We are so honored to continue to work with PCL to create an outstanding event for their employees.

LiftED 2025
LiftED 2024
On July 18, 2024, VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation was excited to introduce LiftED: a new fundraising event supporting Vancouver General Hospital’s Emergency Department (ED).
LiftED was an unforgettable evening, featuring an upscale fun cocktail ambiance, exquisite culinary delights, and breathtaking waterfront vistas. The funds raised will help to further lift the ED team to achieve world class emergency care for our province, to handle tough challenges facing our society and to deliver top-notch patient-centric care.
We made this outdoor space feel magical for guests by providing stunning lights and visuals.
These old trees sprang to life with the help of our spectacular uplights.

Fort Langley Permanent Install 2026
In 2026, we were hired by Parks Canada to upgrade the audio and video system in the theatre at Fort Langley National Historic Site.
This permanent installation involved:
- Mounting a 100" TV to the wall.
- Sending signal from the venue's touch screen device to an HDMI splitter.
- Sending the output signals to both the new TV and the existing projector.
- Testing and replacing their old dysfunctional audio system with a brand new system.
- Integrating the new audio system into the video system.
- The touch screen now sends both audio and video signals to the installed speaker system, TV, and projector.
